Alf and Sam
The third generation owners of the Skyliner. We may be the faces of the business but we couldn’t do it without our amazing team
Callum
Our manager Callum is a real asset to the business. He is passionate about everything he does, nothing is too much trouble for him. I don’t know what we’d do without him.
Danny
Danny has been with us since leaving school, he’s part of the family now. There’s nothing he can’t do here at Skyliner. He’s best known for his great personality boy band good looks (his words not ours) and his tasty food is sure to have you coming back.
Jo Rose
The queen of the restaurant and our longest working member of staff, having been with us over 16 years! Jo is that good, she knows who’s coming in before they get here and has their table ready and waiting for them.
Sarah
Sarah has been with us for 14 years now, she’s a firm favourite with everybody. You can guarantee she’ll be there with cake when it’s anybody’s birthday!
Samantha
A member of both our lunch and evening teams, Sam is an all rounder, she’s our mother hen and takes the younger members of our team under her wings. Sam is a real diamond and an asset to our team.
Ellie
Ellie never stops working, she’s a real hit with customers and a valuable member of the team. Her smile is infectious, everyone loves working with Ellie
Suzie
A key member of our lunch time staff. Suzie is very versatile and can work anywhere, she’s got new role working the takeaway on a Tuesday. She’s also a huge Leeds United fan.
Victor
Victor is one of our fryers, having worked in kitchens most of his adult life, there’s not a lot he doesn’t know about getting the best out of the team. His home-made Yorkshire fish cakes are an absolute delight.
Ella
Our Jack of all trades, Ella is one our most experienced members of staff having been here since birth!!! She’s the fourth generation of the family to be involved with Skyliner. Ella is doing a masters degree at Leeds University along side training our new starters.
Emma
She may be small in stature but what Emma lacks in height she makes up in sass! You’ll find her running round the restaurant & taking control. Emma is our pocket rocket.
Kaitlin
Kaitlin has been with us for a while now, she’s smashed the takeaway and restaurant so she having a go at frying now, she’s really growing in confidence and getting some great customer reviews.
Isabelle
The eldest of the Fisher sisters and a hard worker who can fit in anywhere. Isabelle is studying at Leeds university. She is a real asset to our team and always goes the extra mile.
Sara
The middle sister of the dynamic Fisher trio, Sara is a strong member of the team. Sara is studying at Newcastle university so you’ll only see her in the holidays now. Her work ethic is commendable, she always gives 100%
Jodie
Here is the youngest of the Fisher sisters, Jodie is cut from the same cloth as her older sisters and is a great all-rounder. We can rely on Jodie weather she’s working in the restaurant, kitchen or the takeaway
Sadie
Although Sadie hasn’t been with us long, she has fit straight in, Sadie that is one of the strongest members of our takeaway team. You might see her venturing into the restaurant now and again as she wants to learn new skills.
One of our newest recruits, Keera is doing amazing things and has slotted right in. It’s like she’s been here years. Our customers love her!!
Another one of our long servers, Kian has been with us through six form and is now studying at Nottingham University. So you’ll probably only see him in the holidays. Unless he’s got a party to attend in Leeds, then come and work a shift while he’s here.
